One Year is Over, A New One is Coming Up December 25, 2009 No Comments
It’s just amazing how fast time passes by. I can still remember the last Christmas (2008) as if it was a few days ago. This makes one realize how important it is not to waste any time and to make the most out of each moment in your life as you get older.
Each year I set some New Year resolutions and goals for myself, but I hardly achieve any! I believe many others do the same thing. But why? Maybe I just get too excited and aim too high, or maybe I set too many goals that are almost impossible to achieve in one, fast-passing year, and so I end up achieving nothing mentionable.
This new year (2010) I am going to focus all my efforts on achieving one thing, and hopefully by the end of the year I can proudly say that I did it.
Anyway, I wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year full of joy, peace and achievement!
Viagra is Not for Every Man November 3, 2009 No Comments
Probably every man was at some point tempted to try, or considered trying, a “sexual enhancement” drug like Viagra (sildenafil citrate).
Viagra is primarily designed and approved as a prescription-only treatment for erectile dysfunction (impotence) in men. However, the use of this medication has gone way off-label to the point that millions of men worldwide are taking Viagra without a prescription, and they don’t even have ED.
False marketing and the huge controversy surrounding Viagra have made this little blue pill seem like a man savior that can improve sex life and give “magical” sexual power to any man who is not satisfied with his performance/ability in bed.
Nowadays, anyone can easily buy Viagra on the Internet without having to visit a doctor or get a prescription for it, which makes things even more complicated and dangerous.
Viagra sold online is often fake and inactive. Many scammers push their fake pills online as Viagra or generic Viagra for cheap prices, which attract many inexperienced, normal customers. These counterfeit drugs may be dangerous or even deadly, as they may contain unapproved substances or overdoses.
Even the genuine Viagra (made by Pfizer), is not right for everyone. Viagra has many different side effects, and if you have another condition or if you are taking other medications, the side effects of Viagra may become harmful or even fatal.
So, you should not look at Viagra as a recreational drug that can give you extra pleasure in bed because it’s not so. Talk to your doctor if you are not happy with your sexual ability and do not attempt to buy or use Viagra without a prescription.
Foods That Improve Male Sexual Energy October 31, 2009 No Comments
Keeping a healthy and balanced diet keeps you strong and healthy mentally, physically and sexually without having to use any drugs, which can be costly and/or risky.
Some medications can help you temporarily boost your sexual ability, but they usually have some unpleasant short-term side effects, and maybe dangerous/fatal long-term side effects. On the other hand, eating properly gives you natural, better, and permanent sexual enhancement.
So, which foods can help men improve their sex life? The following are some of the recommended and proven foods that help men perform “paramountly” in bed.
- Celery: This vegetable contains a substance called androsterone, which is an odorless hormone released through male perspiration and sexually stimulates women.
- Avocado: It helps release and boost your energy since it is rich in folic acid, which helps metabolize proteins in your body.
- Oysters: Contain zinc, which improves and increases sperm and testosterone production. They also contain a libido-boosting hormone known as dopamine.
- Almonds: This nut contains essential fatty acids, which are required for the production of sex-related and other hormones in men.
- Garlic: Although smells very bad, garlic contains allicin, which is believed to have some Viagra-like effects since it increases blood flow to the genitals.
- Bananas: Bananas contain an enzyme called bromelain, which improves sex drive. They are also a good source of potassium and B vitamins, which enhance sexual energy.
- Figs: They help increase sex desire and stamina through their high content of amino acids.
GeoCities is Finally Closed October 28, 2009 No Comments
Yahoo’s GeoCities has been providing millions of users with free web hosting service for more than 10 years. But Yahoo finally decided to, and did, shut down this service, which is no longer available.
Old GeoCities users who benefited from the free service can upgrade to a paid hosting service to keep their sites/files up.
Yahoo has canceled many services in the past few years, and their alleged reason for these terminations was to provide their users with better services and experiences. But, the real reason for this is to simply save/make more money.
Yahoo has also recently reached a deal with Microsoft to use the latter’s search engine, Bing.com, to power Yahoo’s search service.
It looks like Yahoo is phasing out free and innovative services in favor of other services that require less and earn more.
I personally believe that Yahoo is so money-faced that it could eventually ruin the company.
How to Avoid Gaining Weight During Holiday Season? October 27, 2009 No Comments

The holiday season is coming. During this period people celebrate and eat! Many people spend the whole year exercises and working hard on their fitness plan, but when holidays come they let themselves go, i.e. eat more and exercise less. So, how can you stay fit and avoid gaining weight during holidays?
- Healthy spices: Use cinnamon, peppermint and ginger as food flavorings, since these are good for your heart.
- Avoid much alcohol: Almost every drink, including alcohol, has calories. So, be careful not to drink too much of it.
- Drink water: Instead of sweet, sugary and fatty drinks drink a lot of water.
- Fewer sauces: Many sauces and condiments are rife with bad fats and calories.
- No fried: Always try to stay away from fried food as it could be unhealthy and bad for you.
- Walk: Walking helps you keep an active lifestyle, so don’t be shy to walk for about 30-60 minutes everyday.
- Exercise: Do not abandon your workout routine during holidays. Without exercise, it is very easy to gain weight rapidly. You can exercise during your favorite TV shows.
Final word, do not be hard on yourself during holidays. You can have fun and eat, as long as you keep it all fair, balanced, and planned.
Happy holidays!
